Activity tip
Many groups hold a “Noon Year’s Eve” party: solve the puzzle in the morning, count down from ten together just before twelve noon, and toss a little confetti. Everyone gets the celebration without staying up late.
Questions
Can we use it at a daytime New Year’s party?
Yes. Nothing in it depends on staying up until midnight, and with the word bank version most groups finish in about fifteen minutes, in time for a noon countdown.
